Other than personal information which is subject to our Privacy Policy, all comments, blogs, feedback, suggestions, ideas, original materials such as stories, artwork, computer code or product and marketing ideas and any other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Amadi Home on or through the website or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered by you to us (collectively “Submissions”) shall be and remain the property of Amadi Home.

Such disclosure, submission or offer of Submissions and your agreement to these Terms and Conditions shall constitute an assignment to Amadi Home of any intellectual property rights.

Further, Amadi Home shall be under no obligation to maintain any Submissions in confidence, pay to users any compensation or royalties for any Submissions or provide attribution to any users for any Submissions. Amadi Home shall have no obligation to keep confidential, use, return or review any Submissions.

Amadi Home will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any materials posted by you or any other use of the website.

Amadi Home does not represent or warrant that your use of the website, or the operation or function of the website or any services offered in connection with the website will be uninterrupted or error free; that defects on the website will be corrected; or that the website or its server or any links are free of viruses or other harmful elements. Amadi Home makes no representations or warranty that the website, materials, software or any product offered or purchased through the website is applicable or appropriate for use or access in locations outside the United Kingdom.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit Amadi Home’s liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, nor for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.

How do I return something I bought in store?

Merchandise must be unused and in its original condition including packaging and labelling.

One off designer pieces or sale items are excluded from our returns policy. Please ask a member of staff if the item is one off designer piece or regular stock item before purchase.

If you paid by credit or debit card any refund will be issued to the original card you used to purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Sometimes we have to refuse a refund or exchange usually because the item is outside the return period or is not in its original condition. Make sure you follow all the above to avoid any embarrassment.

Cancellations pre delivery:

Whatever the reason, you can cancel your online order (excluding one off designer pieces, sale items or bespoke orders) at any time prior to delivery. All you need to do is advise us in writing by email. Our contact details can be found at the bottom of the page. Please note you may still be charged delivery fee and you may loose your security deposit.

Returns after delivery:

In the unlikely event if you have noticed a problem with an item, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your goods or your request may be denied. Larger items made out of glass, marble or any other fragile material have to be inspected by customer with delivery driver at present, so please unpackage your items in a presents of the delivery team to make sure there is no damage. In extremely unlikely scenario, if fragile goods are damaged they will be taken back immediately and will be replaced in timely manner. If customer damages the items in process of assembly or moving we will not be liable for the cost.

For Made to Order purchases – Each Made To Order item is one of a kind and made just for you, so we can only accept returns if they’re arrived damaged, or they haven’t been made to the correct specification. This goes for online and in-store purchases, so we encourage you to try samples and ask any questions before you buy to make sure you’ll be happy with the results. We hope it never happens, but if you do have a damaged or incorrectly made item, please get in touch with our customers service team.

Exclusions from Amadi Home’s returns and refund policy

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following items unless they arrive damaged:

Custom made items: Made to Measure Sofas, armchairs, beds and any other items that been made just for you

Cut to length fabric

Made to Order sofas and upholstery items

One off designer pieces, clearance sofas and armchairs

For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following items unless they are returned sealed and unopened in their original packaging:

Mattresses

Mattress toppers

Mattress and bedding protectors

Duvets and duvet covers

Pillows and pillowcases

Bedsheets

Bedspreads

Throws and blankets

Your statutory rights are not affected.
